Avaris is published by a natural person acting in a non-professional capacity. Article 6-III-2 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy allows that person not to publish their identity, provided they have given it to their host and publish the host's details. That is the case here: the publisher's identity is held by the host whose details appear below, and will be disclosed to the judicial authority upon requisition.

Free service
Avaris is currently offered free of charge. No payment is taken, no subscription is entered into, and no banking data is collected.
If a paid offer is launched, this notice will have to be completed with: professional status, SIREN number, business address, terms and conditions of sale, right of withdrawal and VAT regime. The present non-professional publishing regime will no longer apply.

Personal data
The public pages collect nothing. The dashboard, however, requires a Discord sign-in and sets a session cookie. Everything is detailed on the privacy.
The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which therefore receives the visitor's IP address. This transfer is disclosed here because it happens as soon as a page is displayed, without any action by the visitor.
The Discord bot
For each server that uses it, the Avaris bot stores: the server settings, channel and role IDs, warnings, levels, virtual currency and the backups requested. This data is used solely to operate the bot.
It is kept on the publisher's server for as long as the bot is present on the Discord server concerned. An administrator may request its deletion at the address above.
Avaris is an independent project, not affiliated with Discord Inc.
Intellectual property
The Avaris name, its logo and the bot's code belong to the publisher. Discord and its logo belong to Discord Inc.
Liability
The bot is provided as is. The publisher guarantees neither continuous availability nor the absence of errors. Automatic sanctions follow the settings chosen by each server administrator.
